On this page you will find pictures of all my plushies, along with their names, dates acquired, and stories! This will be limited to the ones I actually care about, as I have a bin of old plushies in my closet that are long since forgotten. I should probably donate those. Hold on, gonna set a reminder for that... reminder set! Anyway come look at my critters!!!
My precious Pumpkin has been part of my life since 9th grade. I got her at the Books-A-Million store that used to be at my local mall while hanging out with my best friend at the time. She's shared my bed at nighttime virtually every night since then—Pumpkin is just the perfect shape for snuggling. In all likelihood, she will forever remain my favorite plushy.
Pomni is my favorite Digital Circus character, and her plushy does not disappoint—she is incredibly holdable. Basically whenever I'm sitting at my desk, Pomni is on my lap. Hell, she's watching me type this out right now! I like to think she appreciates the entertainment from my PC whenever I'm gaming, working, or just watching anime. Love this little creature.
Marshmallow is another plushy I've had since 9th grade and adore quite a bit, even if not to the same level as Pumpkin. While looking back at old texts to try and find the exact date I got her from my local mall's Hot Topic, I also realized I got her the same day I bought my first skirts! She isn't as special to me as Pumpkin or Pomni, but I've had her for so long it's hard not to feel attachment.
Tamari is a character from Qualia Automata, whose design I adore. One of my plural friends (who I love dearly) also has a Tamari alter, and that alter is especially fun and silly :)
Tamari plushies are very hard to come by since only about 5,000 were ever made/sold, so that friend didn't have one—as a gift for them, I managed to track one down and bought it for them. Since then, I've wanted one of my own, and I finally found and bought one on a resale site for more money than I'd like to admit. Silly background for a silly character :3
Chinya was my first Blåhaj! She was a Christmas gift from my older sister—she isn't aware of the cultural meaning of these sharks, she just bought it since I asked for one xD The name "Chinya" doesn't mean anything, I just thought it was cute. I love this little sharkie so much. Funny story, when I got Chinya, I didn't even realize the bigger Blåhaj existed—I just thought they came in the one small size. You have no idea how excited I was to find out they made much bigger ones!
Chuya was the first of my big Blåhajs, and my second Blåhaj after Chinya. I've cuddled with her so much since getting her that her tail has gotten pretty... well, flaccid. She's well-loved. As with Chinya, the name Chuya doesn't mean anything—I just intended it to be a "bigger"-feeling version of the name Chinya. I love her.
I got my third and fourth Blåhajs, Cherry and Chelly, from a group order with a friend of mine. Who doesn't love more IKEA sharks?
Chuya, but again! Part of the same group order as Cherry :)
Uzi is such a cool character in an incredibly cool show (Murder Drones). I love her catchphrases and development so much. Her plush is designed and made very well—I especially love that her beanie looks and feels like an actual beanie. I gave her a knife here cause I figured she'd appreciate it :3
N is a contender for my favorite Murder Drones character, alongside Cyn. He's just so lovable and optimistic. His plushy is so cute, I love his little smile. And he's got a tail! I'm gonna make him and Uzi hold hands.
Cyn is one of the silliest characters ever. I love her plushy so much—it's so cool, and captures all the little details in her phenomenal character design. It even has some of her stabby things behind her! Just a great plush.
Caine was the first Digital Circus plushy I got. It's a well-designed plushy, but more of a display one than anything else.
The people who designed Gangle's plushy had their work cut out for them, since her body is made of ribbons. Her plushy isn't great for holding, her mask face doesn't really stay up, and it's her to get her in a sitting position without her falling over. That said, she's adorable, and the detachable comedy mask is a fun feature.
Zooble's plushy is great in theory—you can take out the limbs and rearrange them to your heart's content. The problem is execution—it's a pain to get the limbs in, and they fall out so easily. I ended up asking a friend to sew the limbs to the body so I wouldn't have to deal with them falling out all the time. Looks good on a shelf, though!
Kinger is my least favorite of the TADC plushies so far—he's not fit for holding, and the position he sits in makes him look pregnant. Mainly just bought him for completion's sake. At least he's still silly!
Ragatha has a pretty good plushy! The hair could've easily been designed poorly, but it looks great! Only complaint with the plushy is that the hair tends to unravel if you handle the plush too much, so she just sits on my shelf with most of the others :) I also love that the button eye is real plastic, rather than just being embroidered in. The bow and dress are cute, too!
All things considered, Jax' plushy is pretty good. He has his signature mischievous expression, big silly rabbit ears, and he's one of the most holdable TADC plushies. Not that he would like being held, of course...
I love the Gummigoo plushy. He's in the shape of a gummy bear for Caine's sake! Highly silly. The plushy is decently holdable, which is a plus too. A must-have for every gummy gator fan :3
Pomni, but designed to be cuddled! She's squishier than the default Pomni plush, but slightly harder to hold on your lap. IMO the original Pomni plush is better for sitting on your lap while you game, while the Big Pomni plush is better for cuddling in bed. How can you resist those dissociating eyes?
The Angel from TADC was part of a big Glitch Productions order that my dad paid for as my 22nd birthday present. It's a very silly plushy, which absolutely does not portray what the Angel is really like in the episode. Still neat though :3
Niko is one of the older plushies on this list. I love the character so dearly, so I simply had to have their plushy equivalent. They're just adorable, with their cozy scarf, their big floppy hat, and their little Sun (the light bulb plush they come with). This plushy makes a great decoration piece!
I had the Alula plush on my mind for a long time before I bought it, but I eventually did since it's just so cute! I love the character, and her plushy is just adorable. It's so teeny tiny! I do wish it were a bit bigger, since it's the same price as the bigger Niko plush, but I still love her dearly.
This is Jill, short for Gelato! She used to belong to a good friend of mine, but they gave her to me since they thought I'd give her more love. She sits on top of the fridge where everyone can see her! She's a dragon, so I figured the narrow space above the fridge and below the cabinet could be a little lair for her.
I got Bug at the mall while out with two super close friends. I originally considered naming her Strawberry (to keep the then-current tradition of naming my plushies after food), but after we all just kept referring to her as "Bug", the name stuck. She's so big and nice to hold. Just look at her teeny little legs!
This Sprigatito plush was a birthday gift from a good friend of mine, who also got an identical one for herself :D I keep mine right under my monitor, staring at me eternally. It has zero thoughts and poses a threat to nothing. This is a very fun plush to throw across the room.
